At Lumimel Co, we believe in providing our customers with top service. Getting your items to you in a timely manner is one of our main priorities. Please be advised that delivery delays may arise that are beyond our control.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We ship all orders through USPS. Free shipping is offered on orders over $50 in the U.S. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to wrong address due to inaccurate information entered.

We ship internationally! Orders are shipped via the the least expensive method to save you costs, unless specified otherwise. Please note that you, the international buyer, are responsible for all customs fees and expenses (if any). Lumimel Co. is not financially responsible for paying such fees. International orders can take anywhere from 7 - 28+ days to arrive once shipped. Please check given tracking information should you have any questions.

Please be sure to triple check your address as Lumimel Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Lumimel Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment. 

Please be aware that Lumimel Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order is dropped off at the shipping carriers' location. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

NOTE: At this moment we are only shipping our candles Internationally. Our PERFUMES are excluded from international shipping for now.
